How to claim your money back:

1.  Record your progress:

a)    Take Before Photo

Before you shave, simply snap a photo of your treatment area so we can see your initial stage.

b)  Snap your weekly process

The photo should be taken before you shave each week and of the same section of the skin. You will need to e-mail us at least 10 before pictures (Full treatment - 10 sessions) to returns@vellutskin.com Note: If you are using it in more than in one area, you just need to e-mail us progress photos for one area of the skin.

2. Once approved, return the handset (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.

3. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. The cost of the returning pack is full responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. The return must have your name and order number on the return package so we can easily identify the return. We are not responsible for packages that go missing in transit.

4. Once returned, your product purchase price will be refunded to you. Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment only. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit.

If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning. We offer a 1-year warranty for all products.

In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your Vellut product in any way, please fill out the form with the most details as possible to allow us to provide you with a quickest response. Please give us 1-2 business days to review your request and respond to the email listed.

Are there any charges for return?

  • We do not charge re-stocking fees for returns.
  • Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process the credit.
